I ran across what seems to be a '68/9 pig at a boneyard here in Colo. Springs. VIN is FJ55-10833. Any guess as to what year this VIN indicates?

I snagged the cowl-mounted turn signals and grill lights, and the rear taillights.
I might be able to go back if there's anything special (unique to that year) that you need.

I sold my '76 pig a few years back, but couldn't bear to see some of the nice parts on this truck get crushed. No, I didn't bring a camera - sorry!

Tranny hump if its the one with no holes. Cargo panels if they're decent. Hows the bottom rear cushion?

Pretty complete - hood is there and straight (and caked in mildew). Cargo panels are homemade. No emblems. Decent front bumper - not perfect. 4 doors have been replaced but are decent as far as rust - may have minor dents. The inside rear view mirror looks different than later model FJs (of any stripe). The grille is near perfect, and has the cutouts for the marker lights in the grille.

If it wasn't going to be 100F today, I'd go get photos. Perhaps I will, as soon as I can get there again.
