you mind sharing - where did these metal panels come from? I'd love to do this to my newly acquired 62.
wagon gear is beautiful stuff...but zero stock.

Tooling for the metal version is too high. I have it headed to another company for review on a different process. It'll be a few more weeks before I know on that.

The bare metal is mill finish with some sanding marks more than likely. Polishing before install or blasting prior to powder takes it right off.

FYI with @reevesci quarter panels i manage to store all my tools, and spare parts out of sight.... and do with one drawer only, and the fridge down to drawer level..... this translates to more usable space.....

In a little more than a year these quarter panels have seen plenty of miles on the less travel back roads of the southwest, northwest, B.C., and Alberta.... zero rattles, and no issues with the SouthCo latches....
Truly an awesome product that does not get noticed until it does....
