been on the board for a few years and I'm finally getting around to this, so here ya go.

Modifications: 1999 Vortec, H-55, Hella headlights, Hella horns, Kaymar rear, custom front bumper, IPF 630s, lots of Damplifier sound dampener, Pioneer stereo w/ Ipod interface, Tuffy console, tint, OME/Dakkar lift, 33" BFG A/Ts on stock wheels powdercoated black, "de-blinged", Optima red-top, stainless brake lines, 4-runner calipers, some other stuff.

to be done, knuckle seals, winch and mounting in new bumper, locker for rear, fix rust spots on gutters, sliders (coming soon), tire/jerry can swingouts for the Kaymar, headlight harness upgrade, probably even more stuff...

Maybe I should get mine in here to....

5- OME springs, poly bushings, OME shocks, 33x12,5-15 Goodyear Wrangler M/TR, 12000 lbs 24v winch placed inside modified original front bumper, some kind of home made light bar, Aussie locker in rear axle, fitted turbo and intercooler, 3" exhaust with exit just behind rear wheel, custom made tow bar, with removable tow hitch (us style 2" reciever), also with shackle in this to help stuck Jeeps.
To come: CB radio, modified rear bumper with skid plate to save rear quarterpanels. And in time (have to save some first) ARB Air lockers and onboard air.
6- As a second car, going on trips and offroad. Will use it more, also as a tow vehicle, if I get sorted out some handling issues.
7- Will do when I get more space to upload!;p

Hello,

All new on this forum and living in french-speaking Africa.

1. Year and model of vehicle: my Cruiser is a 1981 BJ60. First sold in Canada, the original trim was copper metallic. Then gone in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and now in Senegal. Maybe its first owner is reading this post ?
Going next week on rust hunting and new painting.

Thats a great looking truck. I always think that solid steel wheels look good on lc's.

Thanks, a new looking is in progress. I think the next color will be a dark red.
I always have had steel rims on my LCs (HJ47, HJ75, HZJ80), because in Africa the circles are easy to dismount and replace without specific tools.
Since this photo, I have mounted 4 new tyres 750x16. New pics to come after painting (LC actually totally undressed).

Engine part- 12H-T engine, ar50 turbo, 45mm external wastegate, bar & plate intercooler with custom piping, HKS SSQV blow off valve, Trust greddy boost controller, 3" custom exhaust pipe with trust muffler.

Suspension & spring- OME spring, KONI absorber, custom made 1.5inch lower.

Interior- Sony cd player, with amp & MBquart speaker, Pivot boost meter, Pivot turbo timer in the pics( currently using Trust greddy turbo timer), Momo Stering, other rest stock.

Exterior- Japan rim with BFG 10R all terrain, cheap mud flap, and some shown in pics

damn Dude !!! it sucks ( for me ha ! ) well I waste about 200 USD in mandre 2.5 exaust .. now I want 3"

heyy why u dun try like this...... better perfomance before u change total in 3 inch
turbo until middle exhaust is 2.5 inch(which u now also 2.5inch) middle to end is 3inch, which u need half of the cost and time, performance is better then total 3inch, this which i previos using for perfomance

hehe u mean the blow off valve?? yeah that scare a lot of ppl, and also the external wastegate, the wastegate ex pipe i show to open air, the sound wake the dead up :whoops:

currently changed to 2JZ-GTE auto

suspension & spring = KONI absorber, king spring(modify 4 coil spring work) and much more,
