I love checking out all the details of them. This is an older batch we were prepping to ship with some horrible music to entertain :D

i recall clearly seeing that the day u posted it on igram

to fast motion to see the vertical-wires type longer pigtails variations ,

i am dabbling with a concept product to make installing the H55F back up switch less of a head-ache

does a new H55F come with a factory installed Back-up reverse switch Kurt , or a service cap / delete plug ?

The ELEC60021OEM (84210-60021) comes installed using the OPG10010A (90430-18008) aluminum crush washer. The crush washer is the same as the drain/fill plugs use.

The pigtail on the 84210-60021 isn't too much shorter than the 84210-57012 or 84210-20012 but you're right, at times an extension is necessary. We've always just removed the modern plug and gone to bullet connectors on older installs, if nothing else to reduce the number of connectors. For those wanting plug/play, that is a clean option you offer!

That is correct, there are just a few Nitrocharger shocks still avail, all others went to the Nitro Sports, 10+ years ago. For example we sold our last N88's (6x front Nitrocharger) in 2012 and they were old stock then. The 60009/63 (Nitrochrarger Sport) started shipping/selling in 2009.

Looking at our sales history on them is quite a trip down memory lane. Lots of long time customers on the list
Weird, I bought mine in 2019 in a complete kit (for a 40). But may have been in storage in Europe for quite some time.

I think they are very "discrete" in their action, which works well in a multileaves suspension setup (that could almost work without shocks if you are not racing...). They were also noticeably cheaper than the Sport version.
Same kit (replaced with sport shocks now), same vendor, is now 400€ more expensive, ouch.

Sometimes you just have to rely on the "experts." When my OEM shocks got scary squishy back in about 2007 or so when son was reaching driving age and was going to get the Cruiser as a daily driver, I got a full light OME suspension from @cruiseroutfit. Had them all swapped/installed by a local 4x4 shop. Ride is still great, and I'm confident leaf springs, shocks, and the lift are all in nominal synergy. I've only had to replace the steering stabilizer. Heaven knows I've sometimes "outsmarted my common sense," as the song says, but Kurt took care of me on this (and numerous other things).

My parts are all back from vapor blasting and ready for re-assembly. Long live the vacuum shift t-case :D

I consider this porn
