He won't have it for long.

Maybe Nolen can sell it back to Ben after Ben feels the remorse of letting a rig like this go. That lift and v8 swap that Nolen will probably do ought to serve Ben well.

If that's what it takes to get that thing lifted and locked, then it sounds good to me.

If it gets a V-8 and lift, then it will be coming back down here. :) If you put an automatic tranny in there, then wife would probably buy it herself.

Geez- I have gotten over 15 calls on this truck off craigslist in the last 2 days from people all over the place. Is the 60 series making a comeback? I mean, chicks dig them....

They are cheap and ugly. I like it!

Hopefully I can hang on to it.

My "free" OME springs cost me $600 for all of the crap needed to install them.

Looks like I will be back at 49 Tire soon for another set of pimping 33" BFGs as well :)

It will be my second FJ-60. I sold this one to buy Julie's engagement ring ;)

I love it when you come buy some new shoes. hurry up and flip this one so I can sell some more tires.

Man, this FJ-60 is so nice. Ben looked like he was going to cry when I drove off yesterday.

Thanks for the beauty. This is one of the nicest Cruisers I have ever purchased.

I spent some time going through the receipts last night. I can't believe that guy kept all of those records for the 19 yrs he owned it.

I will get a thread up of the OME install soon.

Congrats on the purchase! Got a buyer in mind yet? Just kidding. (I know someone just in case).

I can't wait to see this 60 with an OME lift. Keep me/us posted.

OMG

That is a GREAT story!!!

Maybe that will explain why there was engine oil in the transmission when I drained it yesterday  Gray Daniels??? Jackasses.

Another thing, with the fuel system compromised, wonder why they did not do the warranty repair and replace the fuel tank? That's quality there.

Man, I am laughing my ass off...thanks for the link. I forgot about this :D

Landcruisers can take anything. even my wrenching "skills".

Hey Ben, I sure am enjoying this Cruiser.....it rides and drives great with the OME and 33's. 1/2 the leaf pack was broken in 1/2...no wonder it was saggin!

BTW, what is the story on the "new head"??

The engine compartment is super clean and it runs perfect. I am just wondering what all was replaced when they did the job.

Post a good pic of how it looks with the lift.
