i did not knwo you were supposed to grind the 100 pads. I have at least 5k on mine. time to pull them and see.

I agree with Bailey that this truck will be fine and he should spend the money on accumulating an inventory of spare parts.

Yes I read the entire thread, and I still stick to my guns on this one.

If Sr. Gingo has any concerns with his brakes then he should do everything possible until he is satisfied! Why wait until he runs over a kid or something then make a hind site decision?

I dislike the tag team effect here, back to lurking.

Lurk or post; it makes no difference to me. However if you're going to post that a respected forum member is giving someone bad advice then you better be prepared to back it up.

Bailey gave Sr.Gringo good advice, IMHO. We'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

Do the 100 series pads fit into the 80 series calipers? or do the calipers need to be changed as well?
