Top: This is after our 'turn-around point'...one of the more challenging spots I've drug the trailer up, over and through.

The near full moon arising.

Looking south from our campsite towards The Banjo and Granite Peak.

Looks like a good trip. Sorry we missed seeing Darcies folks and the rest of the fun.

Maybe we can figure out some training wheels for your trailer Dan. You seem to have a hard time keeping the rubber side down.

A couple more...

What causes big rocks like these to fall down anyway?

My apologies for leaving ya'll hanging.

School field trip to Santa Claria on Friday went long and didn't get back until 1am Saturday morning.

Looks like ya'll had a great trip, sorry we missed it!

Great pictures!!

Suuuweet! Looks like you got the 540c installed Dan!!

FWIW: I've seen more ticks this spring than the last 12-years combined. For whatever reason it looks like a ticky spring in Nevada and last weekend was no exception ;)

I pulled one off Jake after our last trip. Do you use one of those tick treatments on your dogs?

Oddly enough no ticks this time on either dog (three on me though!). And no I haven't used the tick treatment. On another dog note we crossed paths with Shawn yesterday on our way back into town. We pulled over and chatted and he informed me about the car and dog wash on Los Altos Pkwy.

Even though we have the big sink in the garage Shawn's description of having the dog anchored to the sink, up/down ramp, lots of room, commercial sprayer with push button functions (soap, rinse, conditioner, blower, etc.) was too much for me to pass up...especially since I was passing right by there on the way home and the truck/trailer needed de-mudding too.

Wow...unlike the Maestro affair this one features two dog/pet bays and is totally indoors! It was great to bath them so effortlessly in short order. I think I had both dogs done in less than 30-minutes. Check it out if you ever have to...

Now if South Reno could get their shyte together we'd have it made!

They have one of those dog bathing stations at the car wash on Parr Blvd. right across from the jail, behind the 7-11.
