Can you provide a "how-to" on that grill? Looks good man.

I always intend to take pictures when I do projects on the cruiser but always forget so I apologize for that.
I used a jigsaw to cut out all of the smaller "slats" in the grill and only leave the three thicker horizontal slats.
I also cut out the backing for the "sombrero" toyota emblem.
After all of the cutting there are now a lot of gaps in the grill including a large gap where the emblem was. So I fiber glassed all of the holes and used some card board as a backer for the large gap and filled it in with 2 layers of mat and then another long length of mat that stretched the entire length of that slat.
And then lots of sanding by hand.
The emblem is off of a 60 series. It has a few threaded holes in the back so I got it centered, marked the holes in the middle slat, and drilled small holes for the screws to go through and into the emblem.
The final step was the wire mesh. I bought some rain gutter mesh from Lowes. It came painted with thick black paint so it just needed to be cut to size.
I attached the mesh by drilling many small holes around the grill and using small black zip ties to secure it.

Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you for the compliment.

Update: OBA setup!
It took some late nights and taking time off of work to get it done but finally I have an On Board Air set up.
I installed the compressor in the engine compartment, the tank in the rear along the frame rail, a switch in the cab, and a gauge on the pillar
console. I have two air hose connections: One under the hood and one under the rear bumper near the d-ring to protect it. I used a Oil pressure gauge because I had one, I guess a little hookey but it'll do til I find a matching air pressure gauge. Excited to have this!

Looks good as long as you stay out of the rocks. That line looks like it's asking to be hit. Have any more pictures of how you mounted the tank?

It really doesn't hang down that low. My plan in the near future is to have an auxiliary fuel tank back there and a large skid plate protecting both tanks.
