Model - FJ40RV-KC
Engine - 771558, 4230cc
Frame (vin) - 365976
Color/trim B725308 (originally red with white roof, 308 appears to be brilliant persimmon ?)
Been since told that the color/trim number is not a color and may have been a bulk order code for a government department over here in NZ.
Think it was freeborn red with white roof.
Trans/axle - 3225 - 3014
First registered in NZ in 1984

Not often that another '61 is documented. Thank you for posting. Plan to get it back on the road?

My 1971 FJ4094848 hatched Dec 1970.
Was the aqua green color at that time.

Does anyone have any idea how the data plate on this 63 fj looks like new. Surely someone is reproducing these, Can someone help shed some light for me as where I might be able to get replacements for mine.

1967, FJ4036530, FJ40, 1965, Original Engine number UNK, USA - my father was the original owner.

I have a secondary frame, a 79 body and a complete 77 I'll have to add later when I am back home.
