Did factory stuff get folded underneath the metal lip and pressed in? As I pulled Chris' door gunk off the bottom layer gasket was under the metal? made for some fun flathead, needle nose plier work!

my front end needs a rebuild pretty bad.......is it smart im wanting to drive the 40 to the coast for a weekend trip? what is a worst case scenerio if I have no grease left in the front end?

If you are in 2WD nothing up there turns. The only thing that can kill you is the hub bearings. If they are dry, then you will burn it up.

I have no grease or tool to shoot it in there....you got one? call ya tomorrow afternoon.
ill be finishing my doors then too.
SHUSH, you need a grease gun. Large one. Every Cruiser person needs one.
Go get one and 2 tubes of grease. Bodean can walk you through.
