Sorry I can't get Adobe to export the jpeg, but you get the idea. Similar to the green one above, just pushed the factory lines out a bit to clear the bent metal.

The fusible link is a short piece of wire from the harness that should either connect directly to the battery or to the starter terminal where the battery cable connects. It is the main power connection to the harness. Here is a picture of mine:

It's the offer white wires with connectors and a black wire in the middle. The black wire is the actual fusible link.
You'd test this by connecting the white wire from the harness directly to the battery terminal temporarily.
Get out the saw!
