Mine I just put in was around 120.00. From best buy but Walmart has them also for decent prices.
The way I figure is I get a new phone every couple of years and the radio might not be compatible with it. Might as well figure swapping it every couple of years.

I bought one off CL that has an iPhone/iPod/apple specific plug and will control it through the radio face/remote.

But, after renting a car with a Bluetooth connection, I'd probably go that way next time.

that's what sucks, the unit mike has, has an ipod hook up in glovebox....oh well. I guess you could retain that wire with a new unit? of course most new models have the plug in on the face of the unit.

A $70.00 Pioneer is what I run and I installed one in Jrob's rig right before the Crawl. Works fine and has held up nicely. Of course I take care of it and it's in a Tuffy center console. You have GOT to keep the door closed or any radio will not last. All radios don't like dust, rain and beer. Ask Jrob...

Last one I had was a marine radio. Lasted 2 rides and did not sound near as good as this one I have now. 70 $ at Walmart.

Mike, Heckler is pulling a perfectly good Pioneer head unit from his 80. He'd probably let it go for pretty cheap. I think it's the same one I've got.

The door hinge pins I bought from SOR were garbage. Two are already bent.

Anybody got any oem pins laying around? Or have any experience with good aftermarkets?

Ha, no but I see them all the time.

My shop is right next to the recording studio where they record all their audio commercials. I see them coming in/out of there regularly.

And a friend of mine is Phil's next door neighbor on the river (south of Monroe). Says they are all nice guys.

Worked on the brakes some today.

Pulled the calipers, drained the diff, and got ready to pull the hubs, etc so that I can replace the rotors.

Wanted some confirmation before I go further tho, below def need to be replaced, right?

And the rears, would really, really like robot have to pull the axle to switch to discs.

Have read where people cut the plates off with a sawzall. Anybody have experience with this or should I just man up and pull the axle?
