Selling these that I thought we'd put on our new LC build for our missions, but we decided to go with some tall & skinnies instead. Our build thread here: https://forum.ih8mud.com/60-series-wagons/760792-freedom-82-bj60-w-3b-build-thread-our-missions.html Lots of thread left and the rims are in great condition. We are located in DFW, TX. Asking $800.00. Thanks for looking and ask questions!

Hey there,
World is a small place or just works in funny ways. Ive worked in San Pedro Sula, Islas and the Cortez area (for different reasons than yours ). I too ride a GS ( I'm a regular in Advrider i ride a 1200GSA). I just sold my 80 and bought a 100. Would you happen to know if the rims fit a 100? I'm concerned about the pattern and ability to use some sort of caps.
Cheers

That's cool, we have friends in San Pedro and that's where we fly into. The GS is sweet, but sadly ours is going up for sale so we can move faster. :( As for the fit... I don't see why they wouldn't fit a 100 or any Yota for that matter. They came off a 90's Taco and they fit both on our '05 T4R and our '82 BJ60. As for the center caps, I believe as long as your not running spacers you should be able to run caps. I have some new extra FJ Cruiser center caps for steelies that I'll through in if they fit.

Turns out the rims do not fit. Glws and with the great adventure. We may run into each other there one day. Ill look for your logo on the Cruisers door. Price is right so they should sell really fast.

No worries, sorry they won't fit. Would be fun to run into you someday. Thank you.

Hmm, these will fit on my (ahem) Chevy half ton, I believe. I hate saying that, but I'm cruiserless now. Urrgh.

As long as its transitional it's ok. :D At least you should put good tire and rim combo on it!

Which tall skinnies are you going with instead?

Still working on that. Trying to get the rims first so I know all the sizing and I'm currently waiting on a guy to respond to my PM about his OEM rims off his 40. I've never run tall and skinnies so I'm in the research phase. :D

Also, if you have a Discount tire or America's tire in DFW they may buy those tires from you and sell you the tall skinnies at a discount. I sold/traded some michelins for a large discount on some bfg at/ko's at the discount tire near me.

That way you could keep the wheels if you wanted and mount some different tires on. That is, unless the wheels are too wide for you liking. Just a thought, GLWS!!

I am looking at tall skinnies for my 40, that's why I was asking what your options are. I wanted the BFG AT/KO in a 32/33"x15x9.5 but I guess they don't make them anymore.

If you remember, let me know what you find. Thanks!

Very cool, I'll hit them up if they don't sell. However the rims are a bit to wide and with the back spacing I'd have to run spacers and I'm not wanting to do that right now. If you follow my build thread I'll post on there what I do for the tires. Thanks!
