I took my 3rd row out today. My front seatbelts are disgusting and I had planned on pressure washing them this spring. Looking at the 3rd row belts, they look the same and are in basically new condition. Has anyone ever swapped these out? Or is there something different I can’t see?

If you have a Steam cleaner, that is a better option than power-washing the seat belts.

I do have a steam cleaner and got lack luster results. But more interested if the 3rd row belts and front seat belts are the same
Look up the part numbers and see if they're the same.
Part number search and also maybe check the length.
I ran into a funny issue on my Mercedes: for US market cars, MB lengthened the driver seatbelt by 30cm, apparently so fat Americans could still reach the glove compartment.

Haha! Yea looks like part numbers are different
the length of the webbing would need to be checked
the 3rd row seatbelt won't have the electric connection, I think it is for lockup in a crash??
also make sure the male latch works in the receiver
I'm thinking the mounting bracket for the retractor assembly is different
