Ok, I haven't looked at this since the other night. This has really gotten out of hand!!!!!
The mirror comment was for Barbie! Chris, Fistina and the mirrors can stay in the tent, but I'm going crawiling!!!

Potluck is good, just please warn me of potted meat. (Not really a favorite.) Jeff, are you bringing your grill?

We have a grill....:grinpimp: and bringin it-YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE!

I will bring the grill. It might be strapped to the trailer somewhere. We'll get it there.

Later,

Seems like the bad luck just keeps coming, i'm gonna need some help here, got the rig all ready to go, while checking everything, i noticed a nail in my 1 month old 35 inch goodyear mtr. It has a slow leak and is borderline against the sidewall. If i have a shop plug this, WILL IT BE SAFE FOR OFF ROAD? My spare is no good cause i split the sidewall a few months ago. Anyone got a spare i can use for the trail, purchase. Thanks for your support, Sean.

I should have a few 35x12.50x15s around the house here.... I will double check. I believe they are ProComp AT's, will check the tread for ya but should be good for spares. Currently on a set of 15x10 black rock crawlers. Would prefer to keep the wheels for another project but dont have time to dismount.

Take it to a tire shop and get them to patch it. Not plug it!

Later,

:bounce: 71 hours 'til I leave! :bounce:

Registration email that just went out:

2007 Southern Cruiser Crawl

We have almost 70 trucks registered right now. Should be a great year.
Please take a few minutes to check out the following info. Most of your questions should be answered here.

Fees
If you haven't paid, and would like to pay using paypal, please follow the paypal instructions in the registration email. If you don't have that please email heathrj8@comcast.net. Paypal payment deadline is Wednesday at noon central. If you are not pre-paid, you must bring CASH to pay your park fees. NO CHECKS!

Riders/friend/campers that are coming with you should bring CASH to pay their fees:
$10/night camping
$5/ meal ticket
$15 T-Shirt if we have extras
$1 raffle tickets

Some rider/friend/campers paid during pre-registration. We have record of that.
You do not owe camping fees for your immediate family, but you will need to buy meal tickets for adult family members. Please bring CASH to pay these fees.

We are using arm bands this year for registration. If you don't have an arm band, we will ask you to register and get one.

Schedule
Please see the schedule attached. Please note the registration times. If you get to camp between registration times you CAN NOT go trail riding until you sign a waiver. The waivers will be under the pavilion for you to sign, then you can come back later and register. A copy of the schedule will be in your registration packet.

Raffle
Winch, 2 sets of tires (including FJ Cruiser tires), 40 lift kit, co2 tank, and a whole bunch of other cool stuff. We will accept checks for raffle tickets. $1/ticket
We will have a special driver only raffle with each driver getting 1 ticket - included in registration.

Auction/Fund Raiser
We will be holding a special fund raiser this year to support the The National Fragile X Foundation. Please take a minute to look at this worthy cause: http://www.fragilex.org/html/home.shtml
The fund raiser is sponsored by Chris and Debbie Tolleson, owners of 49 Tire in Richland. They will be auctioning off a wire welder with 100% of the proceeds going to the Fragile X Foundation. Great cause, so get yourself a new welder and support it! Checks will be payable directly to the foundation.

Park rules
http://www.grayrockorv.com/rules.htm
We will emphasize the seat belt rule. It's an absolute rule, and you must follow it.
A copy of the rules will be in your registration packet.

TLCA Safety rules:
http://www.tlca.org/events/inspection.shtml
You will go through safety inspection when your register.

If you have any questions about anything, please post up your questions in the SCC Registration Chat thread on our fourm:
https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=165410

Most of the BOD and SCC Event Committee will be on the road by mid morning on Thursday. Expect us to disappear from the forum by Wednesday mid-day.

If you have an urgent question here are some contact phone numbers for the CLC

not for the web.

Can't wait! See yall there!

I don't need the rim but i probably won't have time to dismantle mine until after the crawl either, if you have an mtr, that would be great as i probably will need a spare, doesn't have to have much tread. Thanks and let me know asap.

I think the email got blocked by most spam filters.

·You MUST sign the waiver before you trail ride. The waivers will be on the registration table. If you arrive between registration openings, please sign the waiver and come back later to register.

·The park is hosting a Rodeo at 3:00 on Sunday. We are welcome to trail ride, but the CLC recommends you pack your camp up earlier in the day because the rodeo will bring in a crowd near the camping area.
