Hah, I'll probably be the only one there that actually does have a mirror above the bed!

Anybody going over Friday morning. I am planning on leaving 7:00 or 8:00 Friday morning. We can meet in Pelahatchie at 43 and 20.

Thats exactly when I'm planning to leave. I sort of wanted to take the highways and not the interstate. Its a nicer route, slightly less distance but more towns along the way.

Let me know if you're interested. 601-316-3233

I can do that. You going through Starkville/Columbus?

Actually, we've gone via Carthage and Philadelphia. We pick up I55 again shortly before Tuscaloosa, then do the rest of the way on the freeway.

If you like, we can meet at the Sandhill exit (43) off of 25. Say 8:00?

If you give me your cell phone we can touch base. Do you have a cb?

Barry,

What was that route we took home last year?

Was it 25 to 16 to 17 to 116 to 39 to 14 to 20?

That looks like it on my atlas.

I'm thinking of heading that way on Thursday evening.

Thanks

We are planning on pulling out somewhere between 4:00 @ 4:45.

I just want to beat the 5:00 traffic on Lakeland/25.

Since I am leaving from Madison, I may take 55 north to 16 at Canton and meet the others in Carthage.

Please join us if you can!

Seems like the bad luck just keeps coming, i'm gonna need some help here, got the rig all ready to go, while checking everything, i noticed a nail in my 1 month old 35 inch goodyear mtr. It has a slow leak and is borderline against the sidewall. If i have a shop plug this, WILL IT BE SAFE FOR OFF ROAD? My spare is no good cause i split the sidewall a few months ago. Anyone got a spare i can use for the trail, purchase. Thanks for your support, Sean.

Plug it.....take it to a shop & have them plug it from the inside(dismount tire).
I would run it.....thats not saying much though:rolleyes:

As far as a spare tire no dice....no spare tires here.

thanks bro, i will plug it and hope for the best.

I cut my tire in the sidewall at the Ramble... plugged it on the trail and it hasn't lost any pressure yet. I've been driving on it since.

I'm thinking about purchasing an ARB roof rack from a guy in Cleveland TN. Would any of you guys coming from the area be willing to transport the rack to GreyRock for me in return for payment of your fuel costs to the ride?

I saw where you are first in line on that thread... you should convince HIM to come to the crawl!

Is the TV and satellite going to be available on Thursday night? I wouldn't mind watching the Kentucky vs. South Carolina game.

I've got a TV in the motorhome, but no satellite:frown:

It will be there on Thursday no promises that we will have it dialed in but we will try.

Motorhome???

Get you a DISH!!!

Make sure when you come into the park to find this truck and camp next to it.

He loves to fall asleep to the sound of a RV generator, so I have been told.:grinpimp:

Good idea!

I'll be camping near the woods and not in the field for the generator noise.
