Hey everyone, just letting you know I am making the trip 2600 miles. Leaving Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, Canada on Sept 26. I was planning on being in the Tennessee area the first week of Oct. got the latest issue of Toyota Trails seen the Southern Cruiser Crawl and the longer I was at work the more I though it was a must do activity, booked a few more days off work. Driving a 1989 BJ74, 35 Baja claws, Safari Snorkle, cable lockers, pto winch, and the 13-BT turbo diesel.

Looking forward to the weekend, no better way to see a place than off roading.

See you all soon,

Holy shi:censor:, i can't wait to see your rig and drool over the sound of the diesel. Can't wait and be safe!:bounce:

GulfShoresFJ60 (Caleb) actually repaired my rear-main seal at his shop down there.... woohoo! no leaks!

Caleb is registered!

He has the good life.... One guy has paid his reg and another guy is letting him wheel his 80! :princess:

NO LEAKS! Man I know you are proud! How are we going to find you now? Oh, I forgot to tell you something, WAR EAGLE! What was that score? 19-14? Sorry, couldn't help it.

Holy jeez... you had to say something.... But I told Jes the Monday before the State game that the final score was going to be 2 - 0, State wins with a safety!

Yep-I passed him going South on I-65 Friday afternoon in your ride.

too funny, I bet he had a grin on him from ear to ear..... what was he going... 60? Were you headed the same way or North?

Actually at that point when he passed me I was going downhill at about 75 passing people - I'm sure it looked weird.

Well looks like I'm ready to have fun - got someone else's rig lined up to wheel and got someone else to pay for my registration (I guess it helps to take work for money!).

This email just went out. If you think you are reigstered and didn't get this, please email info@cottonlandcruisers.com to clear it up.

Folks, we need help rounding up the final registrants.

Some of you have paid, you are good. If so, spend a minute emailing your slacker friends and tell them to register.

If you haven't paid, pay now. It's too late to send a check, so please follow the registration email instructions to pay by paypal.

Pre-registration closes on Wed the 26th. You can still register for the ride after that, but you won't get a t-shirt or registration packet. The registration price doesn't change. If you are registered and not paid, we will not print you a t-shirt and we will not make a registration packet.

You will get several emails between now and the ride with pre-ride stuff.

I registered today. My rider is slackin' and still trying to get the go ahead from his old lady. I ordered him a shirt, but I will still pay for his if he is a no show. I am ** hoping ** to have my FJ40 back today or tomorrow from the shop. I haven't had my 40 since June! :( If it is not 100%, I am planning to bring my '92 4Runner.

Later,
WERD
