Surely somebody there can weld? :D

He could come to Tuscaloosa this/next weekend and I could do it no problem.

I got a little MIG outfit I could bring with me but I won't be there until Saturday morning and I really don't want to spend 2-3 hours setting up sliders. :flipoff2:

Awesome. I surely don't want you to work while you should be wheeling. Someone can weld them on on Thursday. They are already built. The only thing that needs to be done is grind the paint off of the frame and weld them on. Easy stuff. The guy that built them will probably be there on Friday night. We'll get em' done.

Later,

Bodean, sounds great so far, i wasn't plannin on coming thursday (won't get out of class till 4:30), but if i have to come in order to get the sliders mounted then i will. just let me know, thanks man. later, Sean.

I got a portable welder on my '85-I haven't tried it out since I bought the rig, but hopefully it works.

Wabbit-I'll be there on Thursday-hopefully by mid-afternoon. Marc and Spencer should be with me.

Hey everyone, just letting you know I am making the trip 2600 miles. Leaving Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, Canada on Sept 26. I was planning on being in the Tennessee area the first week of Oct. got the latest issue of Toyota Trails seen the Southern Cruiser Crawl and the longer I was at work the more I though it was a must do activity, booked a few more days off work. Driving a 1989 BJ74, 35 Baja claws, Safari Snorkle, cable lockers, pto winch, and the 13-BT turbo diesel.

Looking forward to the weekend, no better way to see a place than off roading.

See you all soon,
