the rv will have some water on board. Not all that much but enough to clean up and flush a big saturday am s--t.

I am going to try to leave Friday mid morning if all goes well.

You and the babes are welcome to crash Thusdaay at my place and leave in the am. We have real showers and hot water. Let me know soon if that's an option so I can go get more beer!

By the way, Heather can shower with me in the rv. Oh I mean she can shower in my rv. That came out all wrong didn't it!!!

Perfect. I feel better now nowing I am not the only one that can't speak or type thoughts in the right order....

Let me know if you want to stop by the crib and get some rest prior to the event. You know where I live..

Sonofabitch, work just got in the way. I took a new position last week, and unfortunately because of that i just lost the weekend off. I have friday off, and might be able to make it out for that day, but saturday and sunday will be out. But, if i make it out friday i can leave the rig there for anyone who might want to drive it :grinpimp:

my FJ40 is mostly ready....rear diff and the sealant is 'settling' before I tighten the cover....rear seat is installed...have a handful of 'minor' adjustments to make, but I outta be set and ready :)

Arriving from Goeb's place on Friday morning

Woody,
What trailer are you bringing this weekend? I know this guy that has a wide cruiser that won't fit on his trailer and thought it would be nice to try the thing out on some simple trails for a test run. If you are only bringing the little one, the test run can be later and I will bring the 40 and beat it. I am bringing the log with me just in case...
Just a last minute thought that came up while out in the shop putting the radiator back in the green one. The pig is lonely.

Otherwise, RV is getting serviced and should be ready for pickup Thursday and I am planning to work only part of Friday at most.

Three wheeling weekends for me this summer...What a change from 1 all year... It's a start.

"Owning your own company".....

Your doing it wrong.

no s***, time to find a new gig with a boss that has to deal with the daily crap. remind me to ask for suggestions at the outing!

Just read somewher that there will be 35 or so rigs this year. Great turnout if most show. I did the google earth and am thinking the rv will at least make it into the parking lot. From there I can drive the 40 to where the camping is.

just bringing the 'little' trailer this weekend....were you thinking of dragging both rigs over, testing the 55 and wheelin the 40?

easy enuf to switch trailers around....just let me know...I'll have my cordless sawzall and cordless grinder along too, we can 'modify' the 40 as needed ;)

new to forum saw the jamboree was looking to get more info, in southern illinois and was thinking of bringing up the FJ for some more fun....somewhat of a newbie but had an amazing time at the fj summit in colorado...whats the 411? times etc...thanks

If he is planning to bring out the 55 you better drag that thing down, who knows the next time his string will be this short.

Just a thought. The pig was spitting and running like crap last night but great this am. I was driving it in the yard when it was cold and might have flooded something. Running great again this am in the shop. That might be the problem...It has yet to leave the frickin shop!

It seems a shame to leave it but then again it's kind of gay bringing two rigs to a trip. The thing doesn't fit on my trailer either way so..

If you feel like dragging it to and from, I'd be up for bringing it and trying to see if it will make it out of the parking lot. I can always go get it with the rv if it gets stuck or breaks down!

As for the string comment, I need a translation. What does it mean to be on a short string... Remember, I am dumb. Someone tell me what it means so I can at least have a come back to John!
