Yep. Primitive camping with no water. Bring your own in. Public Showers can be had at these locations:

Maybe the hot springs too.
Good Idea on the list. I can see how some might over/under analyse things. I shure would.
Must Bring: Food, Shelter, Water, Transportation.
Food: quick breakfasts are best unless you are an early riser. Lunch premade or prepairable on the trail. Camping dinners. Bear are a possibility (black bear which are not very threatening) so we will want to pack food away daily. In 15 years of camping in Colorado I have never had a bear in my camp.
Shelter: I do not recommend camping unsheltered. Rain is common in afternoons and possible in evenings and it can get really cold. Tents and trailers are the best because we are base-camping. You can leave things setup for the duration. RTTs are fine but keep in mind you will be packing it every day.
Clothing: Temps on the trip can range from 20 degrees to 90 degrees. Plan accordingly. Nights will likely be in the 30s-40s with day time highs in the 60s-70s. Rain is possible. Bring sunscreen and bug spray!
Water: I would bring 2.5-5 gallons. for drinking and washing. Water can readily be refilled or purchased in many towns.
Fuel: No extra fuel is necessary. We will never travel more than 50-60 miles from a gas station. It's just added weight.
Transportation: A good running vehicle with good tires as a minimum. Must have a matching size spare. Mechanics are available in Ouray/Silverton/Lake City/Telluride but good luck finding one on a weekend. You will likely wait till Monday and parts availability is an issue. The closest Toyota Dealer is in Montrose, 1 hour from Ouray and there is a great shop in Grand Junction, Safari-Ltd if you need something major.
What you Should bring
CB or 2M or Both: You will enjoy you experience much more if you have one. I typically try to give some history/geology/geography talks as we drive and others have great things to contribute. We will be on the trail for long days and your day will go much better if you have one.
Fire Wood: If there is no burn ban we will have a communal fire pit nightly. Bring wood to share. The more wood the better.
Games: It's been mentioned already, but some outdoors games for around camp are fun.
Light: headlamps are your best friend.
First Aid/TP/Fire Extinguisher/etc.
Spares: A great thing about this being a 100s run is the duplication of everything. Chances are someone has what you need. I carry a CV, coil packs and some other small parts. There is a great list
here. If you don't have a CV, I wouldn't rush out and buy one.
Camera: Contrary to bluecruisers' sentiment, you really should bring a camera to capture your own memories. The more pics the better. I will start a trip report thread after the trip and hope everyone will contribute. It would be fun to do some photography sessions with those interested for night photography and timelapse to share tips and tricks.
Liquor!: Camp is a great time to share brews from around the US. I will bring some local micro's and hope others will bring stuff from their neck of the woods.
Most importantly. A good attitude and desire to meet and spend time with new people.
