3L transplant into 2LTE question

Does the TPS(throttle position sensor) control the shifting of the auto trannies?

Into the swap and have both motors on the floor side by side, one of the issues we are looking at.

Yep, bolting on the factory turbo and throwing on a piro.


Guy in Van did this and has beaten this thing to death, another guy has a flat deck who works it hard everyday.

There was a thread about this on 4wd action sometime back(searching there is as difficult as MUD).
Seemed to give mixed results.
I know one guy personally who used his as a comp vehicle and it was still ok after 2 years

I suspect driving habits and knowing when to back off is the key

Im curious as to how the 5L would do. I think they are all N/A
