3B Alternator Alternatives

My off-brand NPR alternator is still goin strong. The 13bt idles a little too low for it, so it sometimes stops charging when I'm at a light, but other than that it's been doin great. Great write up. Thank you. Not sure in need that many amps. Pretty basic rig. Other than the 3b and Turbo. I’ll need to read up on converting it from external regulated to internal

How have you liked this alternator ? I have a 1980 BJ41 with a 3B turbo diesel. Looking to move towards an internal regulated alternator 12v. Open to all wisdom on this.

The one from cruiserparts inexplicably died so I ended up going with a GM 1-wire and a land rover electric vacuum pump.
