2nd Row Seat Back Cover

I think there was a thread around here that showed a nice plastic/hardback cover for the rear of the 2nd row bench seats. I think it Velcro'd to the back of the seat. If you know of it, could you please point me in the right direction.

Has anyone used the Lasfit? Are the slick/hard plastic or more of a rubbery/grippy material? Wife really wants something for the back, since that's where the dogs will ride, but also don't want them sliding around.
