2l-te inline coolant heater (1 Viewer)

Hey all it's awesome to be here and finally join. I haven't searched everything yet and having trouble finding what I'm looking for. I have a 92 hilux surf with 2l-te. I live in Canada and am looking for advice on heating set ups. What have other guys done to help combat the cold with this engine? I picked up an inline coolant heater but it's just for the heater core really and has to be installed vertically and there isn't much room or anywhere to do that. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
