Should I install the 2F into the FJ40 with the intake manifold and headers already bolted to the engine or bolt them on after installing the motor?

Lots easier with them off. Take the starter off too. I have the fenders off, radiator out, bib tipped forward, drivers seat out. I put in the engine, tranny and transfer in one piece.
6 of one, half dozen of the other.

It appears that either way works fine.
