are you seriously paying 800-1000bux for a adapter your getting shafted you could get a proper custom manfiold built for 1200ish plus your adding 2 extra joins in the manifold that will leak

my own manifold owes me under 200 in parts plus around 4-6 hour labour
12mm laser cut head flange $30, 10mm t3 flange $20, 10x 90deg 1.25" buttweld bends $4each 4x 45deg 1.25" buttweld bends $6each

I prefer to pay for quality and in stainless and cearmic coated.

May have to cut the bonnet and put a bubble down the one side  As the intercooler is going to sit a little higher than expected plus a rear mounting scoop to let the heat out on the turbo side.
Will know for sure once it's all in :D

I have had this hole from the PO, in which resided a vacuum gauge to show how economically you are driving. Now come on we all know this is a total waste of time, it's a 40 and the only way it's going to be anymore economical it to make it lighter. So I did and through the gauge out:grinpimp:
The old air filter and snorkel left a hole which lent it's self perfectly to the twin battery isolator switch in red. (comp requirement)

The ash tray and radio hole became

Well for just over a year now I have had this annoying hole just above the head light switch:mad: Well guess what I found a use for the hole:bounce:

Now I have only to fit and connect the turbo:D and find a use for the long range fuel tank hole.

i have been slowly reading through your thread, and found the pictures of what looks to be a nasty wreck, do you have any others of the carnage?

Well tomorrow see the engine been fitted

Monday 8am the Transporter is booked to take it from my Mech's to Melbourne Performance Center.

For all these bits fitting :D

1 Turbo
1 Blow off valve
1 External wastegate
1 Home brew intercooler
1 Boost gauge
1 Wide band oxy sensor
1 washable/sealed cone air filter
1 Solenoid valve

Wooooohooooooo getting excited :steer:

I think I can finally see the light and the end of this epic thread about the :shotts:

So should I start planning for ACT 2010 so I can see a turbo injected turd blow away all the normal and mildly polished turds?
