The Kenda Klever RT gets a lot of positive reviews for an aggressive tire that is more then livable and quiet enough for everyday use. I really liked them and most folks here who have run them have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with them.Anybody have any experience with the Kenda Klever RT's? That’s the size I am currently running, a 34”x11.5” tire is pretty much the limit you can upsize to before you need to go with the KDSS sway bar relocation kit on the Land Cruiser, LX570 is better at fitting a LT295/70r18.What about 285/70 18? Seems like a better size for many, and easier to fit on the Cruiser.
Thanks for that information. What about the Tundra rims with 60mm offset? If anyone knows how a 285/70 18 with Tundra rims will do on the Cruiser, I'd appreciate the intel. Depending on wheel alignment and wheel offset you may still rub the sway bar on the driver side at full steering wheel lock with this size. Having a 25mm to 35mm offset (in that range ) is your ticket to clear things. 35mm give you more clearance at the back of the wheel well (of the body mount and mud flap) while the 25mm offset will give you more clearance of the sway bar at the front of the wheel well. Lower offset like in the 25mm offset range will rub the mud flap at the back of the wheel well so trim and massage as needed to fit.

I'm planning to run Dobinson's tubular UCAs, which I'm hoping will resolve those issues. Anyone running that set up or having experience with it, I'm all ears. Thanks! You’ll have UCA and likely sway bar rubbing without a spacer.
On the Land Cruiser with its KDSS, the sway bar on both the driver and passenger side will be rubbing when the steering wheel is at full or near full lock. Wheel offset will need to be lowered to between 25-35mm to make a 34” tire.I'm planning to run Dobinson's tubular UCAs, which I'm hoping will resolve those issues. Okay, thanks. Was that with the factory UCAs? Or Dobinsons tubular UCAs, or some other aftermarket solution? Or does the UCA not impact clearance on the sway bars? I'm thinking it does not as I type this.On the Land Cruiser with its KDSS, the sway bar on both the driver and passenger side will be rubbing when the steering wheel is at full or near full lock. I was rubbing both driver and passenger side side sway bars with the offset at 45mm. On the factory wheel’s offset there will be even more interference.
The UCA has minimal impact if anything at all. Some aftermarket UCAs have 2-3 degrees of caster built into them to compensate for lifted suspension…. Won’t really help you out.Okay, thanks. I like my Klever Rt in 35x10.5x17.Anybody have any experience with the Kenda Klever RT's? They got a good deal right now on 295/70/18s but not sure about fitment..
The best budget brand in my experience and others here can confirm is the Kenda Klever RT. I’d personally go with the Kenda’s, they have been around a while and they get overwhelmingly positive reviews. simpletire.com has them for around $255 a tire in lt295/70r18. Great deal for an excellent offroad focused all terrain / rugged terrain tire that does well on road too.I know these may be below the prestige of the 200 series but has anyone taken a gamble on the Arroyo Tamarock Rt's? I've seen good reviews and they are significantly cheaper than the bigger tire brands... Just curious
