ATTENTION: CLC Members in Good Standing
A vote on a bylaws revision was held in February of this year; that vote was deemed illegitimate by the Officers of CLC, as it was not held with the advanced notice prescribed by the current bylaws. As a result, a new vote will be held at the next meeting, which will be held at 7:00pm on June 09, 2026, at Rudy's.
An email will be sent to all members in good standing momentarily. This email will contain the current and proposed bylaws, as well as a new waiver proposed by the revised bylaws. Members in attendance at the June 09 meeting will constitute a quorum for the in-person vote -- in other words, if you want your voice and vote to be counted, you must attend the meeting.
If you do not receive the email from me by the end of today, your membership has lapsed. Please contact TK470 to bring your account current, after which TK470 will alert me to send you the documents.
