How are you even gonna put a decent bumper with winch on that truck? Is it a stated goal to stop this sort of aftermarket behavior in the 4WD customer base?

Probably something similar to what pelfrybilt did for the 4 runner.

Looks great. Really cleans up the lines on the '16. BTW according to one of the articles I read, Toyota actually worked WITH aftermarket manufacturers regarding modifications including bumpers and suspension.
