I had my '16 LX transmission updated in early May.
The information on my invoice pertaining to TSB version number is as follows:

TSIB Update for the ECM Transmission #895366011200 TSIB L-0SB-0118-17

A big thanks to all for sharing this transmission software update information, got mine back from the dealer this afternoon and it feels like a different truck! As others have mentioned the transmission shifts more smoothly and in a more controlled manner, really excited about the improvement!

Got my update this afternoon. Night and day difference, so smooth. Thanks a bunch for posting about this.

I stopped by for an update thinking my VIN (JTMCY7AJ0G4038143) was low enough but no dice. They said nothing in terms of warranty fixes, TSBs, or recalls were eligible. I provided the bulletin numbers above and still nothing. I usually have fairly decent experiences with this dealer so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the update wasn't relevant for my VIN...

My wife took in her '16 LC for the same thing today. They said the same, no TSBs for her LC and nothing showing up under her VIN. They did say that it was in "Economy Mode" and that they would change it. I'm not sure what they did.

I just had this done yesterday and found thi post today... I did notice smoother shifting under normal driving but the reason I took it to the dealer was that under heavy acceleration i.e. flooring it! The shifting was really harsh, and after the update, it still is... Teh dealer says this is normal and in fact good for the transmission as you don’t want “slippage”

Any thoughts? Those with updated 2016s?

How harsh is it when you floor it?

That’s a hard thing to explain why it’s the kind of thing that if the wife is in the car, she’ll be like well what the heck

Rough kick in the butt shifting under any circumstances is not a normal characteristic of the 2016+ transmission. Any dealer telling you it's normal is blowing smoke. There used to be rough shifting while the engine was cool after starting up, even then it was mostly just shifting from 1-2 2-3, but the TSB mostly fixed that.

Yeah. That’s definitely not normal. Have you tried asking the mechanic to go with you on ride to reproduce it?

I just had the reflash performed and wow what a difference..... upon heavy acceleration (getting on the freeway) between 2nd- 3rd, I would get a serious jolt, dealership couldn’t duplicate it so I test drove with the tech and shop Forman.... they both were stun on how it jolted, told them about a software up date and they checked!!!! Thanks guys, she’s now shifting silky smooth

dumb question, but does this apply to a 2015?

I used TSB-0209-17 and it worked wonders on my 2016. Thanks @mcgaskins for the tip.

Should 2018's have come from the factory with this update? The TSB was published before 18's came out it looks like so one would think it was incorporated before making/selling them, but not 2018 does experience rough shifts from time to time
