I am thinking of how to make the Fall Crawl in September and wanted to ask a question. My Kids are in school Thursday and Friday so we won't be able to get to get there until Friday evening (if we go).......which means we wouldn't camp Thursday Night or Wheel Friday. Is there any sort of discount for those who can't make it to camp Thursday/wheel Friday? If not, I completely understand but I figured I would be missing half the fun....thus maybe avoid some of the cost. If not, oh well.
Thx
Mark

What does it cost to fill up your gas tank? $50 to $80. What does it cost for a movie for family of four with trip to snack bar? $50. Tab for drinking with buddies $50. So keep these fees in perspective. Yes it is not the cheapest weekend wheeling; however, when can you rent out an entire park and just play in the sandbox with your friends?

Just to be clear, registration includes two days of wheeling, so if you go on a third day, you will want to pay the part directly for that.

Registration does not include camping fees, that is paid directly to the park.

Here is my prior number driven explanation.....

Last year, you paid us $55 for the entry fee and then paid $45 at the door for a two day wheeling pass, plus $10 per rider. So last year if you went down with your friend, you were out $110; therefore, you are actually are saving $5. If you bring three friends you are saving $35.

Camping fees have never been included in our fees, so that is no difference.

Fee includes a drivers raffle ticket. Previous years have been big gift certificates to vendors such as Marlin. This year we have an ARB fridge in the works, ipod possibly, and some other great items.

This year we are going to award trophies, including best carnage!! So get down there and destroy something!

I would love to make everyone happy and offer a discount or something to make it "sweeter". What I would ask every one of you is to call your parts guy, talk to your boss, try to get free things to raffle off at the dinner. If we can get free stuff, we don't have to buy as much and spend money. I will talk to the rest of the board and see if we can offer a discount if you can get some nice swag to add to the raffle.

I would ask that if any discount is offered that it is offered to everyone, not just those who donate. If no discount is offered, it is no big deal. I am blind and clueless as I thought camping was included. My Bad. I hope to make it but unsure at this point.
