Is there an OEM option for non-wood trim in the 2013-2015 LC?

Bumping this...I've got some trim pieces to replace and wouldn't mind removing the faux wood all over, if possible.

It's real wood, not faux. It can be removed, but there's no OEM option to buy a new part without it.

There are all kinds of options for interior pieces on eBay for the 80 Series. I have to think it's the same for the LX. Different shades of "wood", carbon fiber (in looks only, I'm sure, etc.). I'd look there.

It's supposedly real wood on the LX570, my driver side panel by the seat selector buttons was warped, it's wood but have to buy the entire door panel to get it, $600, no way.
