Hey guys. I recently purchased a 2011 LX and the rear drivers side appears to be about half an inch to an inch lower than the other sides. I did a search and it looks like one member had the same issue that was fixed with a new ahc ecu. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the fix? I brought it into the dealership and was told that up to a 2.5” difference was considered normal....

I just went and measured my 2008 LX570 and both front and rear are within 1/8" of each other side to side. 2.5" difference would be ridiculous.

Two things. 1st have the Techstream scan tool tell you the pressures in the AHC system at each corner. Make sure they are in spec and close to even side to side. 2nd it is easy to make very minor adjustments by shifting the height position sensor at each wheel with a 10mm wrench. A small change her translates to a larger change in height so start with small adjustments. More on how to do this can be found in the thread. LX570 AHC height modifications (lift it!)

Wow. I would drop it to the low position and disconnect the battery. Maybe a reset could work? That's a huge difference

Thanks. I would prefer not to mess w the sensors at this point if it is something else causing this issue. I’ll suggest to the dealer to disconnect the battery and reconnect, and also have them check the pressures at each of the corners.

The vehicle has 65k miles on it and I plan to switch out the AHC fluid in the near future. Any chance that just this alone could solve the uneven height issue?

If the computer thinks it is in the right position and it is not, nothing else you will do will change the height. Adjusting the linkage to the sensors is really easy.

You can do a level reset with tech stream where you set the measurements from ground. Requires some patch cables and a flat slab.

I just went out and measured all 4 corners.

LF 31.5” RF 32.5”
LR 33” RR 33.5”

Anyone have a Lexus dealership recommendation for me to take it to in the Houston / Dallas area?

Mine is like this as well. I’ve changed AHC fluid. I am waiting until I get my tires settled and aligned, then going to seek out a flat area and do the height calibration in tech stream.
