I would normally be driving through Utah & take you up on that, but I'll be on my way back from Wisconsin.

But... don't feel like its weird at all to come alone! There were a number of people who came to Ouray alone and they had fun. MSCruiser was one, and there were quite a few others. No biggy. Looking forward to meeting you.

You going to Oshkosh for the air show? We'll likely be camping in Kettle Moraine about an hour from there that weekend. I keep saying I'm going to take my kids to the show one year, so maybe this is the year.

Yes! I went to Oshkosh with my uncle last year, and he's been to it 19 times. Been learning to fly ultralights and light sport with his planes. What a hoot! Oshkosh is truly mind-blowing. Planes that you'd oooh and ahhh at if seen individually somewhere--have ROWS of them at Oshkosh. Amazing...

We tent camped at a small farm-ish property right at the end of the STOAL field (short take-off-and-landing), which is super close. Fun, too because it's right under where ultralights, PPGs and STOAL planes pass by low and slow. We're hoping to do the same this year...and then I'll be doing Breck on the way home--with the wife flying into Denver on the 1st. Also taking advantage of the trip to drop my truck at Slee & then drive a rental from Denver to Wisconsin for the week.

Likely. Not sure which route I'll be taking or how much time I'll have, but have to get across Utah at some point, lol. Where are you located?

At a minimum you need to take Highway 12/24. Burr Trail Road. Maybe after tuning north at Hanksville take an easy detour over/through the San Rafael Lift area using Temple Mountain Rd. to work your way back to I-70 (and check out Goblin Valley State Park before you enter the lift area.)

Yes! I second that! Absolutely incredible drive! Did that with me wife last year on the way to Texas (A wee bit of a detour from Southern Cal...)

We'll be rolling through Utah(assuming my timeline works out). We'd be rolling a couple days early though, gotta rip up Moab first!

I'd be more than happy to drive south to meet anyone (especially one of my 200 inspirations) If you want to keep me posted via text let me know. I still need to put in time off from work but (being the boss) I don't see any issues.

I'll at least have siders from @reevesci, hopefully a TD kit and rack. Otherwise I'll be hanging out in the cargo area.

Latest update... as promised I have few surprises this year. Along with Slee, I am very excited to announce that ARB will be joining us and bringing their 200. They have been very supportive with the 200 platform and can't wait to hear more about their future products and knowledge they can share with the group. Going to be the best year yet!

I just convinced SWMBO. The two of us are in (at least for the less scary trails). We are going to do a big road trip, hit Yellowstone, and then go south and meet you folks in Breckenridge.

We've been married a long time. I was disabused of the idea of HWMBO decades ago.
