That is one happy as a Pig in Mud Pig. You can see how hard it is to coax a Pig out of a Mud waller once it's settled in...

If I can, I would like to take Friday off and get up there Thursday night. Depends on what is going on at work.

How about you?

I will probably try and do the same thing, although I may come up early Friday.

Now, for something completely different. Pighead had a thought.
About Pigrun bumperstickers, maybe even possibly t-shirts.
Milliseconds later I was thinking about the Grateful Dead. and their dancing bear bumper stickers. Then I was thinking dancing Pig bumper stickers was just what we needed. A line of dancing Pigs, Rockette style maybe, DeadHead style maybe, maybe some other style. whatdyagot? We need a logo.

Off of HWY 88, just before or beyond Kirkwood, depending on which way you go to get there...

Near Blue Lakes.

Count me in for this one..One more 80 to you show you guys what a REAL land cruiser is all about...MooaaHHHHAAhhA...

Bill "BKCRUISER" and I will be there! Em and Jen will more than likely be driving their own rig...yikes
Greg...dancing bears er' Pigs is a great idea. Graphic Designers, bring it awn! Put your education to work.

Kathy

I think we can drive the pig up again this year. It was a pleasant 500 mile drive last time. Combining the events seems like a pretty good idea. For shirts, umm, the dancing bears need assault rifles, katanas, or something of the sorts to be worthy of the intimidating pig.

Fully loaded the HWY 4 side would be difficult in a stocker, but it is still completely doable. Unloaded we brought two stock vehicles through unscathed. A stock 55, like most cruisers, can go most anywhere you want it to . You can even scrape it all over rocks and it won't get any uglier, unlike a 45.

Ok you can pencil me in , I regret missing last years one . If i drive one and bring the pink for the other one will it count for 2 pigs , it does run , . Pighead thanks for stepping up . if you need anything just ask . I like the dancing pig idea . or even the pig on the tv comercial for thoes chips . the one with wings that flys away .. flat earth chips i think .
all my cool pig stuff is still in boxes . that i havent seen in a year since i moved . time to dig it out to look for raffel stuff .

Excellent news Evan, Outstanding! Look forward to seeing your smiling face again.
Maybe if you're still on speaking terms with Marv, possibly he could set a box aside, full of leftover 55 parts. Maybe even possibly some old leftover 45 parts. for a raffle maybe. You were always the best raffle guy.
If you want to stage in Sac., just let me know.
You need anything, just let me know...

Well dang, I suppose I just might hafta find my way up there again this year. Sorry, tho...no piggie to bring.

Well, dang, Killer, If you can't bring a Pig, can you find a Piggrill to strap on over your bezel? It's worked before...
If you can't bring a pig, bring TWO raffle prizes. See you there.

Back to stickers. You can't have a cool run without stickers.
If Pighead is gonna run a run, there's gonna be an honest attempt at having Pigrun stickers.
And I got Dirty Toadette working on it too. It's as good as done.
But, We gotta know what the stickers should look like. Y'know, round or square or rectangular. What kind of artwork? Send pictures and ideas.
Stickers should probably say something. "Pigrun" is probably mandatory. What else should they say? The date? A catchy catch-phrase? (Pigrun '08, the year EVERYBODY came" or "Pigrun 2008, Running with the Pigs" (..."Dancing with the Pigs"?) or "Pigrun #8, Yes, Don, we DID lock our hubs...) You can see why I need your help here. What's the theme or motto here? Pigs on parade? Antique off-road show?
Dare we even think about T-shirts too?
And how many stickers, too? Just enough for the Pigs? Maybe some other rigs might want some? Do we give them away or sell them? Anybody wanna finance this?
But first I need artwork and words and size and shape. Bring it on.

Pighead goes first;
