AJ got the tires and wheels mounted this afternoon.

And the @benc Dissent Offroad hybrid bumper is ready to weld out. I kept all the main lines but made changes to the lights, rear crossmember and hitch. This is a full shell bumper (one piece) not a modular like Ben will offer. Once again I will not reproduce this bumper or share files...

Had a little time this morning so made a new product. GX470 hidden winch mount. I make these for the 100, 200 and LX570 and soon 80 series. Completely made from 1/4" steel plate and keeps all the factory clips, fasteners, skids/pans and the controller for this massive #comeupwinch 12.5rs needs no relocation. Clutch handle and controller plug is accessible without cutting any holes. As with all of our HWM designs we recommend a wireless/remote solution for the easiest use. Also while your in there add a set of our 1/2" grade 70 tow points.

It’s a shame the bumper a one and done. It looks good. You and Ben ought to strike a partnership. I think he probably has 20 folks standing by to place orders for rear bumpers.

Sounds like @benc has plans to put the rear into production. He is busy updating equipment and keeping up with orders that continue to be proven sellers.

IMO, in the grand scheme of the fabrication world.... 20 "interested" buyers isn't justification to roll out a production bumper as intricate as his designs are with the size of his company now. Just me....

I'm getting more and more away from bumpers and especially production bumpers. One off customs is what started Trail Tailor and we are going back to that.

Suspension components, sliders and machining specialized parts are my continued plans.

Slider jigs for KDSS and NON-KDSS are made.

1.75" x 3/16" DOM rails, 3 x 2 x 3/16" rect tube, 1/4" gussets, 3/16" tread plates, 3/8" frame plates, and 1.5" x 3/16" frame legs.

Custom ubolts for a bolt on installation.

All pieces are sent to laser for cutting. Will offer in a step tread and a full tread.

Dang finally ready to pull it on a hwm and looks like you’re sold out. Any eta on more?

Store is closed until Jan 1st. I just received 50 HWMs for various models including 10 for the GX. They will go to powder next week and be available for purchase on Jan 1st.

I respectfully disagree. There are no good low profile rear bumpers available for the GX. Right now GXOR is extremely close to 20,000 members in a shockingly short amount of time this market is going to be huge in a very short amount of time. If he makes it just the first 20 will get him going. 1-2 variations of the bumper and be done. No more. Keeps production easy and help with ship times.
 
LENZDESIGN snorkel arrived from Israel.

Not installed just held up there.

How does the snorkel look? Been wanting to pull the trigger on a lenzdesign for a while, but some of the reviews complained about the joint (not sure if that’s the right term) for where it connects to the air intake box.
