Ah, ok, so I need to get the LX specific:
44250601201$ 955.66GEAR ASSEMBLY, POWER STEERING(FOR RACK & PINION)
Its not so much the LX vs. Land Cruiser, but different Year Models use different steering racks because they changed the mounts. Mine is a '99 LX470, later year models used a rack that attaches a slightly different way. So the rack for mine would not fit yours.

Ah, ok, thanks for clarifying.
I just wanted to buy the Toyota part as it's much cheaper. I wonder if it's possible to find a remanufactured rack somewhere.....

Yeah I was in the same boat. You could look at the 2006 Land Cruiser rack as an option too. My issue was my Indy really stressed having the correct part for them to install. Since they were being gracious enough to let me supply the part (saved me over $1k) I figured I should just get the correct OEM part. The place confirmed using my VIN it was correct so be sure to buy from a place that will confirm that too.

In January of 2021 I ordered the following part from Bell Lexus in AZ and had a local indy put it in:

2.5 years later I had my local Toyota dealer do an alignment when getting new tires and they found the rack was not exactly centered when installed but otherwise is working fine in my 2006 LX470.

I hope that
Which one here did u get?

I have a 2006 land cruiser, Got the steering rack replaced. I paid $505 for labor to fix it which includes alignment. This also included the engine oil price as a little go in to top off what was lost. The coolant and the steering fluid I brought in to the shop. You need to do an alignment afterwards.

I paid $551 for my rack excluding shipping/tax. This thing does'nt include tie rod ends.
Tie rod ends, I bought extra, these include the NUT and the cotter pin.

For LX470 series, I heard because of the variable steering feature you have to buy a LX-only part which is more pricey. I would buy online from dealer parts store to shop around for best deal, not buy from your mechanic shop/dealership center as it will be super expensive. Try to shop around and buy it when parts dealers go on sale. You need find a mechanic willing to repair using parts you bring in, some don't.

For the labor install, you will need to do a few steps:
- Pressure hose gasket/washer thing, need to be replaced, (PART # 4432730030)
- O-ring for oil filter cooler housing will need to be replaced, my mechanic had to remove the oil filter to wiggle it out. Some may have other way to remove it without removing the oil filter. (PART # 1569250020)
- Coolant will leak when you remove the oil filter cooler housing, you need to top off the coolant. Coolant is expensive, when you remove the hose you should try to plug up the opened hose so it won't leak more. The oil filter housing is at the bottom of the engine so a lot will leak out unless you stop it. Or if you have a special tool to extra the coolant and use it again, or have a bucket to catch all the coolant without contaminating it.
- Some engine oil will leak when you remove the oil filter and oil filter cooler housing, need top up engine oil.
- Steering fluid will leak a lot when you remove this, need top up steering fluid ATF, I brought around 2 quarts. I recommend you just flush the whole steering fluid in the system and clean the fluid reservoir.

I didn't replace any other stuff like hoses, kept the original ones as they were still pliable and look okay.

After replacing, the LC steering feels solid and tighter, and the alignment helped a lot it's fully centered now.

I did the 4425060120 as it fit my year LX (2006). The second one you posted is the earlier 1998-2002.
