I was replacing the rotors and pads and notice left rear parking brake pads has oil on them which I assume it has to be diff oil . Most likely the deal is bad can some one tell me what is the steps to fix this problem .

Remove the caliper, unbolt the axle assembly from the housing. Yank out old seal. Put in new seal. Reinstall everything, bleed brakes. Pretty easy actually.
