2003 LC alternator

Good morning, my alternator is on its way out, the original lasted 23 years and 327k miles. Is this all that I need as a replacement? Expected it to cost way more than this.

that appears to be the correct part for 98-03 LC

That is all you need unless your serpentine belt needs replacement or you break the grey plug that plugs into the alternator. Then you would obviously need to order those items.

That is not the correct part number for 2003. Go with 27060-50330-84

Also replace or at least have on hand the 4 prong connector ('03+)

Yes, that's all you need. There's a very good thread on here with step by step instructions with pictures. Expect it to take about 2 hours, but it's a very straightforward job
