Relatively new to me 2002 LX 470. Can anyone identify the purpose of this on/off switch. I presume it's not OE as when I removed the kick panel to replace the telescope motor I discovered it has spade connections and not typical Toyota wire loom connectors. Wire heads down around the heating duct and disappears. AHC was deleted by previous owner using Slee Off Road parts and labor.

Probably something aftermarket - lights, DVD bypass, etc. Chase the wires and find out.

DVD bypass??? It does have a DVD player in the ceiling which doesn't power up. The wires disappeared deep into all the wires under the dash so I gave up the tracing.
