200 Daily Driver or Beater

We don't daily drive our 200. We DD a 1997 80 series and 04 Taco.

For me, the Cruiser splits daily driver duties about 50/50. Most miles occur in the winter because 4WD and because it's easier to wash the salt from underneath the Cruiser than from the other car.

In the summer, I lean more on my "beater" LS430 (TBIsaacs is my evil twin) because the daily risk of large hail is crazy here in the warm months.

Both vehicles are enjoyable to drive, but each has its niche.

I daily drive mine. It serves double or triple duty. DD, camping vehicle, road warrior for family vaca., ect.

I got it to use it. JMO

I ride a modded KTM 1290 SA unless it's snowing in and out of DC year around. Between free hot lanes, parking everywhere and just fun, I pretty much always get to work with a smile on my face! I ride home, drop the bike, get in the LC and pickup the kids - so it's still driven daily. If I didn't enjoy the MC so much I would drive the LC all the time.

Got KTM 690 Enduro and 990 SMR ... KTM’s are worst than Toyota with salt all the fasteners are painted ... LOL . I just picked up another beater 2015 Tacoma all ready been exposed to salt unfortunately have to Por-15 chassie but will survive .

My wife daily drives our TTD 200, and I daily drive our HJ61... Both smiling every day!

Weekends and trips away are in the 60, while the 200 stays locked up in the garage - nice and clean and ding free...
