Next, break down leafs and load on trailer along with frame for sandblast next week.
 
All sandblasted, and frame primed.

Have to figure out what type of paint for the leaves.

Nice patch. I've got a lot of that stuff coming up on both my Cruisers and I've never done it before. I hope mine come out half that good.

Your painting crew is awesome. I love their "two hands" method! Good distance too.
 
Plan is to fab a piece of maybe 1/4" wall square tube in place of the original bent sheet. Give it a little more ass so it won't fold like a can again.

No wonder these rust so much, there was about 3" of fine silt in between the body panels right behind the fender well.
