BLACK FRIDAY Weekend bump! Make offers or let me know what you have to trade. I'm looking for lots of fj40 interior bits. Plus the list earlier in this thread. This is a BRAND NEW part! Pm or call/text Matt 303 five too six 8 4 1 1

Slight hijack, but how do the shift points work with a 1uz motor/A440 tranny. The A440 is setup for a much more archaic 3FE. Can someone expound on this? I'm not too knowledgeable about the new mixed with old as far as generations of engines/trannies. Our '98 cruiser had a killer engine though, would love to have one in my 80 someday...

Cheers, joel

Lm24, I didn't get any pm. Feel free to call or text 303-526-8411

As far as this working with a a440, being a non electronic solenoid trans, the shift point would be changed with the adjusting cable that is linked to the accel linkage (I think... Correct me if I'm wrong). The a442f would need ground switched solenoids installed, or the existing solenoids modified for ground switching, since that's what the 1uz ECU uses to activate its solenoids, I'm unsure of what the 2uz ECU uses to switch its solenoids, ground or 12v:meh:

Too bad you're not closer to Ohio, I have the knuckles, tube style carrier, and lift springs you're looking for and would certainly like to make a deal.

Nice bellhousing, did not know it exiisted and would fit my current project perfectly. I take it it uses the A442f flywheel as well? I missed it if you mentioned that.

THIS WEEK ONLY $335 shipped. I paid over $600 for this part. I'm moving across country and trying to get rid of random stuff in the garage. If it's not gone by this coming monday I will be keeping it for a project after I move.

Interested also.
