the 3FE coolant temperature sensor thread size is M16x1.5?
Where abouts are you located? Have you contemplated just getting some aluminium welded onto the pipe then drilled and tapped? If you were in Melbourne/Australia I would do it for you, but you should be able to find someone locally to do it for a few bucks...
I have a question. can i just use the 2 sensor on the right and plug my two cables to? I have a 1HZ water outlet in spare with the temp sensor hole but it doesnt have the coolant hose underneath like the 1HDT. and the 1HDT didnt come with the coolant sensor hole/thread.I found this pic of a 1HZ in another thread:

From what I read over there the temp sensor in the single port outlet in this pic is for the aircon, the one below oil filter for the glow system and the one behind the dipstick is for the temp gauge. So there may still be another use for the dual port outlet??
My JDM 1991 HDJ81 does not have the aircon sensor. I will be adding the single port outlet #16304-17020, to be used for a digital temp gauge.
