I'll spend a bit of time looking at what Partsouq has to offer. Never ordered from them. When I was looking for my 12ht stuff, "engines Australia" kept coming up as a kit supplier
I ended doing it kinda piecemeal. Partsouq had a factory gasket set that was surprisingly reasonable.
They're pretty good.I'll spend a bit of time looking at what Partsouq has to offer. Never ordered from them.

Did the PartSouq thing on this partial 1HDT refresh. I'll have a look at the Aussie site and compare. They're pretty good.
Site is pretty slick for digging up part numbers on the old junk if nothing else. Half the time I use them to look up a number so I can search it on the rest of the interwebs.
This is that engine Australia site. They probably sell a full kit, but you have to contact for quotes etc.

Welcome to Engine Australia | Aftermarket Diesel Engine Parts
Engine Australia supplies premium quality Aftermarket and O.E. engine parts for most Japanese, American, British and European diesel engines.www.engineaustralia.com.au
The only complaint I've ever had with partsouq is if you order 10 things, and it turns out one isn't in stock they'll send the other 9. So if that one thing was supposed to match with something else you ordered you're stuck.Did the PartSouq thing on this partial 1HDT refresh. I'll have a look at the Aussie site and compare.
I prefer amayama over megazip too. Seems like shipping is more reasonable. You can also check Amayama. They ship out of both Japan and UAE. I prefer them over Partsouq. Placing an order is a bit cumbersome, and can take a while to collect parts in Japan before shipping, but I don't think I've ever had just a partial order.
It works a bit different though at Amayama. You put in an order with your parts and it has an estimated shipping cost (it is usually increased at final order). After "placing the order" they go and confirm parts availability and finalize the shipping cost. You have to confirm the final order and shipping cost and make payment. Then they start collecting parts. Most of the time this hasn't taken too long, but I had one larger order that did take a while to collect on the Japan side before it shipped out.
Some of the credit cards are providing secondary numbers for online purchases. That way you can lock them when not in use and if the number is compromised you don’t have to get a new one.Just an FYI when ordering. My card was compromised, now waiting for a new one, awesome!!! Whether it was the site, or PayPal, someone had their way with my card with over a dozen purchases and the bank didn't appreciate it i guess. So you know.
Yeah. I hold my nose and use them too.I think I use PayPal. Costs more, but no problems.
