1FZ fuel injector o-rings / grommets / isolator part numbers?

Hey Mud!
I will be tackling the dreaded p0401 code per the FSM and this awesome post. While in there I figured I might as well pull the fuel injectors and send them off for cleaning. They have ~180k on them. My question is...what are the part numbers for all the o-rings / grommets / insulators / etc? What should I have on hand ready to replace? Do I need everything listed below? More?

Here is what I have so far

6x O-Rings (top): 90301-07001
6x Grommets (top): 90480-13005
6x Injector Insulator (bottom, on top of spacer?): 23291-41010
6x Spacers (bottom, on intake manifold): 90561-10002
6x Spacer O-Rings (bottom, on spacer): 90301-23004

I am pretty sure that Witchhunter supplies all the injector sealing parts.
I don't remember there being that many parts as you listed though. I was just thinking top and bottom seals.

Yea not sure I needed all that or not. So you're thinking just the 2 o-rings?

And seal washers for the fuel line.

If so, what parts and do have part numbers?
That company was RC something?
I would like to know how it all went for you.
I'm going to send out a spare set soon.

I took the injectors to RC Engineering near LA. You can mail them yours. They did a fantastic job and my engine runs much smoother now! The service came with new grommets and o-rings. I had to order the insulators which is part number 23291-41010.
