I do not think that’s doable that part is molded into the guide and would be destroyed by being removed.

The old one slid out from the top...

I know I am being lazy, but pulling the pans and timing cover adds another day.

If thats your engine in the pic then you already did all the work to change it out by removing the timing cover.
