Does anyone have a plug for this location or can tell me what size this is?

The plug is a little uncommon Craig. I suggest you cut off the nipple and weld the plug shut if you don’t want to make use of it.

Me personally I would use it as a port for a vacuum gauge.

The forward nipple (as opposed to the post 7/70 brake booster) was for the pre-7/70 inline booster for the single-circuit master where the booster was remote mounted on the driver’s fender skirt across from that fitting.
The microfiche only shows it as an option on the FJ55, but I have seen it as a dealer added option on the 40 series.
