Sounds like a good time to get a diesel :)

Have you islolated it to the top end or bottom end? How loud is the ticking? change brands of oil? Any chance it could be a slight exhaust leak at the manifold?

I don't beleive it is on the top side. The ticking is load enough to hear inside the truck but it isn't that load and it goes away at 1400 RPMs. I haven't tried a differant oil. I use 10-30 Synthedic Casterol. It isn't the exhaust. I have listened to it through a long screw driver at differant areas of the head and the block and you can hear it inside.

So I think I have a similar noise. It's almost like a diesel sound, a clack or knock at idle - not really a click.

I noticed it after the car's been warmed up.

Here it is after it sat for about 10-15 minutes. It's pretty quiet.

Here it is 2-3 minutes later where you can hear the clacking noise getting noticeable

Normal? My LX 450 does not burn a drop of oil to the best of my knowledge. Thanks!

Well, I'm surprised no one said it yet: oil analysis. If you've got a rod or crank bearing issue, $28 and Blackstone should be able to either put your mind at ease or prepare you for puling the engine.
