Do you have interior pics? How is the paint quality? Hard to tell from pictures if the clear coat is having issues or it's just water puddled. Resisting the urge from Windsor!

The paint is great, clear coat is great, I had just washed in the pics and water froze a little.

Yes, it has all emissions components and to the techs at Toyota they treat it as a 4.7L.

Great looking build. I've got a 97 with 2uz and TRD SC too. Anybody thinking about this truck, its a mind altering experience driving this build, it makes the 1fz-fe powered 80 feel like a TiRD.
